BMIF Members
We are BMIF members and use their standard contract, under which the purchaser owns the boat and any materials brought for it to a maximum of the value of stage payments made throughout the constructional process.

EC RCD
All boats comply with EC Recreational Craft Directive and are supplied with all relevant documentation.

Stage Payments
Terms of Agreement £500 deposit secures building slot and prices quoted Within one month of above 10% of purchase price including any extras (less £500) payable on signing of contract. 30% on completion of steelwork 50% on fitting of engine, windows & external doors and interior lining & flooring and majority of furniture 10% on acceptance by purchaser Please note we shall only be able to hand over the boat once we have cleared funds in our bank account.
